Ditchling RFC vs Brighton 2nd XV | Saturday 17 October | 3:00pm KO

Ditchling RFC return to home soil this Saturday as the First XV welcome Brighton 2nd XV for their first home league fixture of the 2026/27 season.

After a highly encouraging start to the campaign, which has seen Ditchling secure victories in both of their opening fixtures, the squad will be looking to build on that momentum and make it three wins from three. The early results have provided plenty of encouragement, but there is a recognition within the camp that the season is still young and that consistency will be crucial if Ditchling are to achieve their ambitions this year.

Saturday presents another important opportunity to demonstrate the progress being made, particularly in front of a home crowd. Brighton provide a real challenge and Ditchling know that maintaining their unbeaten record will demand another committed, disciplined and focused performance across the full 80 minutes.

With competition for places and confidence growing throughout the squad, there is plenty of reason for optimism as the season begins to gather pace.

The club would love to see a strong turnout of supporters for our first home league fixture of the season. Whether you're a regular on the touchline or haven't been down for a while, come along, get behind the boys and help make home advantage count.
